Common questions
Do you store my photos?
Nope. Your photos stay in your browser while you work and are never uploaded to our servers. If you save a finished collage to your account, we keep that image only, not the originals.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes! The demo on the homepage works straight away, no account needed. You need an account and a paid plan to download full quality exports and save collages.
What photo formats work?
JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC all work. That includes iPhone photos straight from your camera roll.
What is the difference between Annual and Lifetime?
Annual is billed once per year. You can cancel any time and keep access until the period ends. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewals. Both plans unlock exactly the same features.
What does Lifetime actually mean?
Lifetime covers the life of Moments Wrapped as a product, not yours. If we ever had to shut things down, we unfortunately can't offer refunds on Lifetime. We'd always try to give plenty of notice and honour Lifetime status through any big changes.
Do you offer refunds?
Email us within 7 days at contact@momentswrapped.com and we'll look into it. We assess every request individually.
