1. Acceptance

By using Moments Wrapped you agree to these Terms. We've tried to keep them straightforward.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Moments Wrapped to create collages for personal or commercial use. Please don't use it to create or share content that is illegal or harmful. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Your photos

We don't store your photos. Nothing is saved by default. If you save a collage to your account, we keep the finished image only, not the original photos you uploaded. You can delete saved collages at any time from your dashboard.

4. Plans and payments

Annual is billed once per year. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Refunds

Contact us within 7 days at and we'll look into it. We assess every request individually contact@momentswrapped.com

6. Lifetime plan

Lifetime refers to the life of Moments Wrapped as a product, not the buyer. If we shut down, the Lifetime plan does not include a refund. We will do our best to honour Lifetime access through any major changes.

7. Disclaimer

Moments Wrapped is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
